SAMRAS HOSTEL ADMISSION 2022-23 ELIGIBILITY

Students with 50% or more marks in Std. 12 for all undergraduate level courses and 50% or more marks in undergraduate courses for postgraduate courses can apply and admission will be given on merit basis.

SAMRAS HOSTEL ADMISSION 2022-23 MERIT LIST

Provisional merit list for admission as well as other instructions will be published online. In this regard, students will have to visit the said website from time to time.

The government is giving free sewing machines to the women of the country. The central government is running a number of schemes to make the women of the country economically strong and independent. The government is trying to empower the women of the country. To make women self-reliant, the central government has launched the Pradhan Mantri Free Sewing Machine Scheme. Under this scheme, women of the country are given free sewing machines by the government. Women will have to make an application to avail the Prime Minister's Free Sewing Machine Scheme.

Age 20 to 40 years required

This scheme of Central Government has been prepared for 50 thousand women in every state of the country. Under PM Free Sewing Machine Scheme 2022, sewing machines are provided to Mabilas without any payment. The age of women applying under this scheme should be 20 to 40 years. Women are given free sewing machine after applying.

PM free sewing machine scheme is currently running in some states of the country. Out of which it is running in states like Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh. Women of these states can avail the benefits of this scheme.

Who can avail the benefits of this scheme?

The woman applying must be an Indian citizen

Economically weaker women will be able to take advantage of it

The annual income of a woman husband should not exceed 120,000.

Under this scheme widows and disabled women can also avail benefits by applying.

એક કે બે વિષયમાં અનુત્તીર્ણ થનાર એસ.એસ.સી. માર્ચ / એપ્રિલ -2022 ના પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ માટે લેવામાં આવનાર પૂરક પરીક્ષા તથા દફતર ચકાસણી અંગે અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ ( A ) આથી ગુજરાત રાજ્યની તમામ નોંધાયેલી માધ્યમિક શાળાઓના વડાઓને જણાવવાનું કે , પ્રવર્તમાન પરીક્ષા વિનિયમો અનુસાર જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માર્ચ એપ્રિલ -2022 ની પરીક્ષામાં ગેરહાજર રહેલ હોય અથવા એક અથવા બે વિષયમાં ‘ અનુત્તીર્ણ હોવાને કારણે સુધારણાને અવકાશ ’ ધરાવે છે અને એક અથવા બે વિષયની પરીક્ષા આપવા ઇચ્છતા હોય તો તેવા પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ જુલાઈ -2022 ની પૂરક પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત થઈ શકશે . આ પૂરક પરીક્ષાનાં આવેદનપત્રો બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ www.gseb.org પરથી ઓનલાઇન ભરવાના રહેશે . ( રૂબરૂ આવેદનપત્રો સ્વીકારવાની પતિ અમલમાં નથી . માર્ચ એપ્રિલ -2022 ની ધોરણ 10 એસ.એસ.સી. પરીક્ષામાં ગેરહાજર રહેલ હોય અથવા એક કે બે વિષયમાં અનુત્તીર્ણ થયેલ ‘ સુધારણાને અવકાશ ’ ધરાવતા પરીક્ષાર્થીઓની શાળાવાર યાદી એક નકલમાં તૈયાર કરી જે તે શાળાને માર્ચ / એપ્રિલ -2022 ના પરિણામ સાથે મોકલવામાં આવશે . શાળાઓને મોકલેલ તે પૈકી પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત થવા માંગતા પરીક્ષાર્થીની પૂરક પરીક્ષામાં બેસવાની સંમતિ બોર્ડે મોકલેલ ONE OR TWO SUBJECT FAIL LIST માં સહી મેળવી જરૂરી વિગત અને આધારો આચાર્યશ્રીએ દફ્તરે રાખી પૂરક પરીક્ષાનું આવેદન બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ www.gseb.org પરથી ઓનલાઇન ભરવાનું રહેશે . શાળાને મોકલેલ યાદી ફક્ત જાણ માટે જ છે . પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ માટે ફીની રકમ એક વિષય માટે રૂ . 130 / - અને બે વિષયો માટે રૂ . 185- રહેશે . ખાસ નોંધ ઃ ક્યા ઉમેદવાર અને દિવ્યાંગ પરીક્ષાર્થીઓને સરકારશ્રીએ ફી ભરવામાંથી મુક્તિ આપેલ છે તેથી કન્યા પરીક્ષાર્થી અને દિવ્યાંગ પરીક્ષાર્થી પાસેથી પરીક્ષા ફી લેવાની રહેતી નથી પરંતુ પૂરક પરીક્ષા -2022 માટે ઓનલાઇન આવેદન ( રજિસ્ટ્રેશન ) કરવું ફરજિયાત છે . શૂન્ય ( 0 ) ફી રિસીપ્ટ રજિસ્ટ્રેશનના આધાર તરીકે સાચવી રાખવાની રહેશે . જરૂર પડે ત્યારે બોર્ડ સમક્ષ રજૂ કરવાની રહેશે . કોઈ કારણસર કોઈ પરીક્ષાર્થી એક કે બે વિષયમાં સુધારણાને અવકાશ ધરાવતો હોય અને જુલાઈ પૂરક પરીક્ષામાં બેસવાની પાત્રતા ધરાવતો હોવા છતાં તેનું નામ શાળાઓને પરિણામ સાથે મોકલાવેલ યાદીમાં તેમજ ઓનલાઇન યાદીમાં ન હોય તો તેના ગુણપત્રક અને S.R. ની ખરાઈ કરીને આચાર્ય દ્વારા આ સાથે આપવામાં આવેલ પરિશિષ્ટ- A માં તે ઉમેરી જરૂરી આધારો અને ફી મેળવી પરિશિષ્ટ- A ની એક નકલ સાથે રૂબરૂ બોર્ડની માધ્યમિક શાખાને મોકલવાની રહેશે . 1 . સામાન્ય વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને શારીરિક માનસિક દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઓળખ સરળતાથી થઈ શકે તે માટે S.R. માં દિવ્યાંગ બાળક સામે Differently Abled છે , જે અનુસાર દરેક વિષયમાં ઓછામાં ઓછા 20 ટકા ગુણ પ્રાપ્ત કરેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પૂરક પરીક્ષા માટે મુક્તિ પાત્ર રહેશે . 2 . પૂરક પરીક્ષા માટે દરેક જિલ્લા માટે પરીક્ષાનું એક જ કેન્દ્ર રાખવામાં આવે છે . પૂરક પરીક્ષાના કેન્દ્રોની યાદી આ સાથેના પરિશિષ્ટમાં સામેલ છે . ૩ . માર્ચ એપ્રિલ -2022 ધોરણ 10 ની પરીક્ષામાં શાળાકક્ષાના વિષયોમાં થિયરી તથા પ્રાયોગિક પાસું ધરાવતા વિષયમાં પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ ‘ સુધારણાને અવકાશ ' થયા હોય તો તેમની થિયરી પ્રાયોગિક પૂરક પરીક્ષા જે તે શાળાએ જુલાઈ માસમાં લેવાની રહેશે . તથા ગુણની વિગતો બોર્ડ દ્વારા લેવામાં આવનાર પૂરક પરીક્ષા પૂર્ણ થાય ત્યાં સુધીમાં બોર્ડને મોકલવાની રહેશે . ( પરિશિષ્ટ - અ )

શાળાકીય વિષયની પૂરક પરીક્ષા શાળાકક્ષાએથી લેવાની રહેશે . જેનું પ્રશ્નપત્ર પણ શાળાકક્ષાએ કાઢવાનું રહેશે . વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ મેળવેલ ગુણ નમૂના ‘ અ ’ માં શાળાના ફોરવર્ડિંગ પત્ર સાથે રૂબરૂ બોર્ડની ગાંધીનગર માધ્યમિક શાખામાં મોકલી આપવાના રહેશે . 5 . પૂરક પરીક્ષાનો કાર્યક્રમ , પ્રવેશિકા અને પ્રશ્નપત્રનો સમય બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ ઉપર મૂકવામાં આવશે તથા પરીક્ષાર્થીઓને મળનાર પ્રવેશિકામાં પરીક્ષાની તારીખ , સમય અને વિષયનો ઉલ્લેખ કરવામાં આવશે . 6 . પૃથક્ પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ તથા માર્ચ / એપ્રિલ -2022 માં જેણે પરીક્ષા ન આપી હોય તેવા પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ આગામી 2022 ની પૂરક પરીક્ષામાં ઉપસ્થિત થઈ શકશે નહીં . 1 . ( B ) બોર્ડ દ્વારા 6 ( છ ) વિષયો પૈકી પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ કોઈ પણ વિષય વિષયોમાં પરીક્ષા આપેલ હોવા છતાં તે વિષયમાં ગુણપત્રકમાં ગેરહાજર દર્શાવેલ હોય તેવા કિસ્સાઓમાં દફ્તર ચકાસણીની અરજી પરિણામ જાહેર થયાની તારીખથી દિન -10 માં બોર્ડની ગાંધીનગર કચેરીની માધ્યમિક શાખામાં રૂબરૂ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે . દફતર ચકાસણી અંગેનો નિયત અરજીનો નમૂનો , પરિશિષ્ટ -9 આ સાથે સામેલ છે . દફ્તર ચકાસણીની અરજી શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રી મારફતે મોકલવાની રહેશે . અરજી સાથે ગુણપત્રક અને ફી - રસીદની ( HALL TICKET ) ઝેરોક્ષ આચાર્યશ્રીએ પ્રમાણિત કરી જોડવાની રહેશે . નિયત સમયમર્યાદા પછી મળેલ અથવા પરીક્ષાર્થીએ બારોબાર મોકલાવેલ કે શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીના સહી સિક્કા સિવાયની અરજીઓ અન્વયે કોઈ કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે નહીં . નામ , અટક , જોડણી અને દફ્તર ચકાસણીની અરજીઓ ફક્ત બોર્ડની કચેરીમાં મદદનીશ સચિવશ્રી ( માધ્યમિક ) , ગુજરાત માધ્યમિક અને ઉચ્ચતર માધ્યમિક શિક્ષણ બોર્ડ , માધ્યમિક વિભાગ , ગાંધીનગર ખાતે સાધનિક કાગળો સાથે માધ્યમિક શાખાના ઇ - મેઇલ પર મોકલવાની રહેશે . સાથે પરિશિષ્ટ -4 , 4 - અ , શાળા છોડ્યાના પ્રમાણપત્રની નકલ , જી.આર.નો ઉતારો તથા અસલ ગુણપત્રક સાથે મોકલવાની રહેશે . ( માર્ચ / એપ્રિલ -2022 ના પરીક્ષાર્થીઓ માટે પરિણામ જાહેર થયાથી ત્રણ મહિના સુધી વિનામૂલ્યે નામ / અટક / જન્મતારીખના સુધારા કરવામાં આવે છે . ) શાળા દ્વારા લેવાયેલ વૈકલ્પિક વિષય વિષયોની પરીક્ષામાં પ્રાપ્ત કરેલ ગુણ શાળાના રેકર્ડ પ્રમાણે બોર્ડના ગુણપત્રક સાથે મળતા ન આવે અથવા ' AO ' ગેરહાજર અથવા ' XO ' મુક્તિ આવે તેવા કિસ્સામાં ગુણ ચકાસણીની અરજી ન કરતાં નિયત દફ્તર ચકાસણીના ફોર્મમાં શાળા દ્વારા દરખાસ્ત કરવાની રહેશે . જે સાથે શાળાના આચાર્ય દ્વારા શાળાના રેકર્ડ મુજબ જે તે વિષયમાં પરિણામ હોય તે પ્રમાણિત કરી જે તે વિષયમાં ગુણ સ્પષ્ટ દર્શાવવાના રહેશે . શાળાકીય આંતરિક મૂલ્યાંકનમાં શાળાના રેકર્ડ સાથે વિસંગતતા જણાતી હોય તો ONLINE ગુણ દાખલ કર્યાના આધારોની પ્રિન્ટઆઉટ સાથે કેસ - ટુ - કેસ દરખાસ્ત નીચે સહી કરનારને કરવાની રહેશે . 2 . ૩ . 4 . પૂરક પરીક્ષા માટેના ફોર્મ બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ www.gseb.org પરથી ઓનલાઇન ભરવાના રહેશે . જેની જાણ જાહેર માધ્યમો દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે . 5 . આગામી 2022 પૂરક પરીક્ષાની ઓનલાઇન ફી ભરવાની સૂચનાઓ બોર્ડની વેબસાઇટ www.gseb.org પર મૂકવામાં આવશે જેનો અભ્યાસ કરી ફી ચૂકવવાની કાર્યવાહી કરવાની રહેશે . 6 . માર્ચ એપ્રિલ -2022 ની પરીક્ષા માટે નોંધાયેલ નિયમિત પરીક્ષાર્થીએ ઉત્તીર્ણ થવા માટે શાળાકીય આંતરિક મૂલ્યાંકનમાં 20 પૈકી ઓછામાં ઓછા 7 અને બોર્ડની પરીક્ષામાં 80 માંથી ઓછામાં ઓછા 26 ગુણ પ્રાપ્ત કરવા આવશ્યક છે . અમુક પરીક્ષાર્થીઓના કેસમાં કુલ 100 માંથી પ્રાપ્ત કરેલ ગુણ 33 કરતાં વધારે હોય પણ બોર્ડની પરીક્ષામાં 26 કરતા ઓછાં ગુણ હોય તો પરીક્ષાર્થી ઉત્તીર્ણ થતો નથી . આવા પરીક્ષાર્થીઓને ઉત્તીર્ણ ગણી લેવાના કિસ્સા ભૂતકાળમાં બનેલ છે , તે બાબતનું પુનરાવર્તન ન થાય તે ધ્યાને લેવા વિનંતી છે .
