 Circular Regarding NISTHA 2020 Training For Primary School Teachers.

 Involvement of preceptors in fidelity schoolteacher Training for All Subject Primary preceptors regarding the below subject to state that last time NISHTHA training was organized in the entire state of Gujarat. In which 89297 primary academy preceptors were trained from face to face mode. Due to the epidemic of covid- 19, this time the training will be conducted on online inauguration platform through Nistha course. 
 Last time, Nistha on Diksha course was conducted for primary academy preceptors who didn't suffer Nistha training. BV Ashram School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School and Sainik School are to be connected. GBV, Ashram School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School and Sainik School) Necessary collaboration should be made to complete all the 12 courses of fidelity training and necessary arrangements should be made for its proper perpetration. 

 The same QR law can be seen by scanning. To join the schoolteacher training, the tone protestation form must be filled on the fidelity gate by the date 10- 2020 and the schoolteacher law and the academy u bones law must be filled in it. Primary preceptors who are left before in fidelity training have to attend the online training academy through 18 courses. In which he has to join all the 18 courses in person, the time distance of which is as follows.

 uring this training, the schoolteacher can check his/ her CRC for joining the training as well as for educational questions or difficulties. The fellow should be communicated . After completing the online course module training for each schoolteacher, the instrument of completion of the fidelity training can be downloaded from the profile runner by logging in to the inauguration platform in 8 to 15 days after the completion of the training. Each schoolteacher will have to prepare a course wise report( module wise total 12) on how to apply the effects learned in the training in the classroom and submit it to the CRC match during the assignment period.

The Ministry of Education of the Government of India has given approval to open schools (schools reopen), colleges. However, whether to open it or not will depend on the state government. The Ministry of Education has tweeted about the guidelines for Unlock 5.0 and informed everything from the area.

The process of unlocking is underway in phases after the completion of the Covid-19 lockdown in India. Schools, colleges and educational institutions may reopen after October 15 as per the guidelines issued but the exact dates will be as per the decision of the state government. The decision for individual schools or coaching centers will be taken by the governments of the individual states or union territories in consultation with the management of the school or institution. The Department of Higher Education, in consultation with the Ministry of Home Affairs, will decide on the opening hours of colleges and other higher education institutio

Parental approval is also required
Most parents are unwilling to send their children to school until the risk of Covid-19 is completely eliminated. The schools will also need the approval of the children’s parents.

What are the guidelines for opening schools, coaching institutes?Online / distance learning will be prioritized and promoted.

If a student wants to attend an online class, he or she may be allowed to do so.

Students can come to school / coaching class only with the written permission of parents. No pressure of presence should be put on them.
The state will prepare its own SOP based on the SOP of the Department of Education for Health and Safety.
Any school that opens must comply with the SOP of the state education department.

Rules for opening colleges and higher education institutions
The Department of Higher Education will decide when colleges and higher education institutions will open. Talks will be held with the Home Ministry for this. The guidelines of the education department are as follows.
Currently, the institute will be open only to Research Scholars (Ph.D) and PG students who have to work in the lab. The Department of Education has announced to organize the first periodical examination 2020-21 through online / offline medium under online education for students of Std-9 to 12.

The instructions for this first periodical examination are as follows.

 The syllabus for the first periodical examination will be from June to October 15.
 For the first periodical examination, the weightage will be given importance as per the syllabus decided by the board.
 All the questions in the exam will be of MCQ type.
 Question papers for the examination will be given in Gujarati and English medium.
 For other medium students, planning has to be done at school level.
 The total marks of Std-9 and Std-11 question papers will be 50.
 The total marks of Std-10 and Std-12 question papers will be 100.
 The question papers for this exam will be sent by mail one hour before the start of the exam.
 As well as the examination will be taken as per the prescribed schedule.
 This exam will be taken through the link through online.
 If a student is unable to take the exam online, the school will have to send a hardcopy to that student.
 This examination should be organized as per the compulsory requirement of all the students of the school.
 The result of the school will be sent on the school e-mail.
 The school will have to make a separate file of the marks of this examination and save it in the school record.
 Arrangements will have to be made at the school level for the examination of subjects which are not in the schedule.
 The schedule for the exam is included with this.

Only online education is running in schools because of Corona. In this situation it is not possible for the student to get proper education. Because children are not accustomed to online learning, there are many difficulties.

According to the information received from the sources of the education department, the rule of failure in Std. 5 and 8 will not be implemented this year. So that parents and students will benefit.

            The medium of instruction in JNVS is the mother fongue or regional language up to Class VIII and thereafter English for Mathematics and Science and Hindi for Social Science.  Students of the JNVS appear for board examinations of the Central Board of Secondary Education.  While education in the schools is free including board & lodging, uniform and textbooks, a sum of Rs.  600 / - per month is collected only from the students of Classes IX to XII towards Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi.  

ONLINE ADMISSION  However, students belonging to SC / ST categories, all Girl students and the students whose family income is below poverty line (BPL) are exempted.  In respect of wards of Government employees other than exempted category (Students of classes VI to VIII, all SC / ST & Girl students and wards of BPL families) Vikas Nidhi will be charged @ Rs.1500 / - per month or actual children education allowance  received by the parent per month whichever is less.  However.  VVN shall not be less than Rs.600 / - per student per montn.

Objective of the Scheme

 (i) To provide good quality modern education including a strong component of culture, inculcation of values, awareness of the environment, adventure activities and physical education to the talented children predominantly from rural areas.  

(ii) To ensure that students attain a reasonable level of competency in three languages.
