Regarding the recognition of the five years' service of the Vidhyasahayak of the primary schools of the primary schools and the promotion of senior salaries and special retirement benefits for the District Education Committees.

In order to fill large vacancies in the Primary Schools owned by the District Education Committees and the Town Education Committees, the state government had fixed the policy from the resolutions 1 and 2 against the fixed pay hiring period. Under the provisions of RTE Act-3, the resolution against three of the orders taken in the defenses has been

decided by recruiting students as teachers in accordance with the provisions of RTE Act 1 and Standard 1 to 5 Primary Section. Monthly fix pay is given to the Vidya Sahayaks appointed under this scheme from time to time. Under the scheme, all the conditions related to the appointment are fulfilled in the regular salary standard as the primary teacher in Classes 1 to 5 and the higher primary teachers in grades 1 through 3, when all the conditions related to the appointment are fulfilled. Fixed salary job duration is not considered for any service purpose.
Regarding the recognition of the five years' service of the Vidhyasahayak of the primary schools of the primary schools and the promotion of senior salaries and special retirement benefits for the District Education Committees.

The state government's consideration was to improve the service conditions of regular teachers in such a way. To consider this, a committee was constituted by the Government to the Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh Honorable Education Minister and Hon'ble Chief Minister. The representations made by the representatives of the Gujarat State Primary Teachers' Union and the Committee of Hon'ble Ministers on 6-3 2019 are presented before this Committee. Subsequently, the consent given by the Gujarat State Primary Teachers Association Nulaksine is declared as follows.

Adult Considerations are subject to the following terms for higher payroll of the Assistant appointed under the provisions and conditions of the Resolution No. 3 to 4 against the terms and conditions of retirement for retirement benefits at the time of retirement.

The Resolution of Finance 1, taken by the Finance Department's Resolution dated 4/2/2020, was made public by compiling the rules for public servants without any pls available for purchase of vehicles.

Subsequently, the maximum limit of Rs 5 lakh for Ashwini to buy a motor car and Rs 60,000 for buying a motorcycle scooter moped was purchased from the resolution of 1-4 2015 on the order of rank 3 - Rs. The Government was under consideration to increase the limit of vehicle advance in view of the pay scales. The following notices have been published with respect to the vehicle advances at ranane.

1. Salary limit for vehicle advance

(A) The Pay Matrix of the Seventh Pay Commission will be available for payment of motorcar for regular government employees receiving basic salary of Rs.

(B) Regular government employee who receives a monthly basic salary of Rs 5 or more in the Pay Matrix of the Seventh Pay Commission will be eligible to receive payment for the purchase of a motorcycle scooter.

2. Maximum vehicle advance payable.

(A) 1 lakh for the purchase of a motorcar or whichever is less than the expected cost of the motorcar, the amount will be payable as advance.

(B) For the purchase of a motorcycle scooter, the expected value of Rs.
