The Samaras Hostel was started in the year 2016 by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department (SJED) working under the Government of Gujarat. At present 20 hostels have been started in 9 districts of Gujarat. In which a total of more than 13,000 male and female students are admitted. Admission is given to SC / ST / OBC and EBC students on merit basis in this hostel. Graduate. Admission is free along with accommodation for postgraduate and scheduled courses. The purpose of Samaras Hostel

Students living in remote, inland and forested areas of Gujarat have difficulty in staying and eating when they have to move away from home for higher education. With this objective in mind, free accommodation and meals are provided to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Socially and Educationally Backward Classes and Economically Backward Classes (EBC) students of the State.

Rules of admission to Samaras Hostel

Eligibility and rules for admission in hostels are determined by Gujarat Samaras Chhatralay Sociery, Government of Gujarat. Students will be admitted to Samaras Hostel keeping in view the following rules.

Admission will be given only to male students of Gujarat state.

Students will be able to apply for all the undergraduate and postgraduate courses as decided by the Government.

Admission to Samars hostel will be on merit basis.

In order to take New Admission in the undergraduate / postgraduate course in Samaras Chhatralay, the students should have got 50% or more marks.

The maximum age limit for availing benefits in Samaras hostels is 25 years.

No new or old students will be admitted after 25 years.

Local students in the city where the hostel is located will not be able to apply online.

Local students who live in a slum, raw building, slum, tent settlement, dirty area will be able to apply for admission.

New students in Samaras Hostel will be given admission in all groups of all undergraduate courses in any semester on the basis of the percentage obtained in Std-12.

Students who get admission in Degree Course after Diploma will be given admission in Samaras Hostel on the basis of the same percentage as they got admission in the university. (Percentage must be calculated from the marks obtained from the total marks.)

Students admitted to the Master Degree course will be given admission on merit based on the percentage of their graduate course admitted to the university.

Students who get admission in degree course after diploma will be given admission in Samaras Hostel on the basis of the percentage of admission in the university.

At the time of taking Samras Hostel Admission, the students will have to submit the guarantee form in person in the prescribed form. And that guarantee has to be strictly followed and the guardian has to give the guarantee form in the prescribed form.

Samras Hostel Renewal Admission

The government has made rules for admission in the new year to the students who have got admission in Samaras Hostel. For those who want to re-enter the hostel, the following qualifications are available.

Re-admission in the hostel will be given keeping in view the behavior, study, accommodation, discipline, character etc. of the students.

Alumni of the hostel will also have to re-apply online to continue admission. Special attention will be paid to the behavior of the students during the last year while giving admission.

Courses which are coming late will have to be vacated till the result comes and admission will be given after the result comes.

Students who fail, have ATKT and drop out in the main subject of Samaras Hostel will not be admitted.

Assistance standard in tarpaulin assistance scheme

This is under the subsidy scheme of Gujarat Government. Ikhedut portal subsidy is fixed under this scheme. As per this subsidy scheme 2022, farmers of Gujarat will get benefit. In which small, marginal and large farmers will be assisted. Which are as follows.

For Scheduled Tribe Farmers (AGR-14) This scheme is for Scheduled Tribe Farmers. In which 75% of the total purchase price of tarpaulin or Rs.1875 / - whichever is less. A maximum of two nuggets per farmer's account

For Scheduled Tribe Farmers (AGR-3) This scheme is for Scheduled Tribe Farmers. Under this scheme you will get 75% of the total purchase price of tarpaulin or Rs. 1875 / - whichever is less. A maximum of two nuggets per farmer's account

For Scheduled Tribe Farmers (AGR-4) This scheme is for Scheduled Caste Farmers. In which 75% of the total purchase price of tarpaulin or Rs.1875 / - whichever is less. A maximum of two nuggets per farmer's account

For General Farmers (AGR-2) This scheme is for general caste farmers. In which 50% of the total purchase price of tarpaulin or Rs.1250 / - whichever is less. A maximum of two nuggets per farmer's account

NFSM (Oilseeds and Oil Palm) In this scheme 50% of the purchase price of tarpaulin or Rs. 1250 / - whichever is less. Assistance will be given up to a maximum of two nuggets per farmer's separate account.

Online form filling of various government schemes has been started through khedut portal. The following documents are required to fill up the online form of this scheme.

1. Copy of Farmer's Aadhar Card (Download Aadar Card)

To avail of Tadpatri Sahay Yojana, one has to apply online from ikhedut portal 2022. Applicant farmers can apply online from VCE from their gram panchayat. In addition, those who are working on other computers from the nearest taluka office can fill up the online form. Learn how to apply online from home.

The applicant will first have to type 'ikhedut Portal' in the Google Search Bar.

To open the official website https://ikhedut.gujarat.gov.in/ from the result.

After opening Khedut website, click on “Plan”.

In which, after clicking on the scheme, to open the "Agriculture Schemes" at No. 1.

After opening "Agriculture Scheme" where 49 schemes will show.

In which one has to click on “Tadpatri Sahay Yojana” on serial number-11.

In which after reading all the information of the tarpaulin scheme, you have to open the website by clicking on "Apply".

Are you now a registered applicant farmer? In which if you have registered earlier then you have to do "yes" and if you have not done "no" then you have to process further.

If registered by the applicant, after entering Aadhar Card and Mobile Number, Captcha Image has to be submitted.

If the beneficiary farmer has not registered on I khedut portal then select 'No' and fill up the online form.

The application has to be saved after the farmer has filled the information in the online form with complete accuracy.

Beneficiary farmers will have to check the details again and confirm the application.

No correction will be made after the online application is confirmed.

The farmer will be able to get the printout based on the application number.

Last date to apply

To avail Tadpatri Yojana 2022, one has to apply online. This online application can be done from ikhedut portal. Farmers will be able to apply online from 21/02/2022 to 21/03/2022.
