Regarding the recognition of the five years' service of the  Vidhyasahayak of the primary schools of the primary schools and the promotion of senior salaries and special retirement benefits for the District Education Committees.


In order to fill large vacancies in the Primary Schools owned by the District Education Committees and the Town Education Committees, the state government had fixed the policy from the resolutions 1 and 2 against the fixed pay hiring period.  Under the provisions of RTE Act-3, the resolution against three of the orders taken in the defenses has been

decided by recruiting students as teachers in accordance with the provisions of RTE Act 1 and Standard 1 to 5 Primary Section.  Monthly fix pay is given to the Vidya Sahayaks appointed under this scheme from time to time.  Under the scheme, all the conditions related to the appointment are fulfilled in the regular salary standard as the primary teacher in Classes 1 to 5 and the higher primary teachers in grades 1 through 3, when all the conditions related to the appointment are fulfilled.  Fixed salary job duration is not considered for any service purpose.
Regarding the recognition of the five years' service of the  Vidhyasahayak of the primary schools of the primary schools and the promotion of senior salaries and special retirement benefits for the District Education Committees.

The state government's consideration was to improve the service conditions of regular teachers in such a way.  To consider this, a committee was constituted by the Government to the Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh Honorable Education Minister and Hon'ble Chief Minister. The representations made by the representatives of the Gujarat State Primary Teachers' Union and the Committee of Hon'ble Ministers on 6-3 2019 are presented before this Committee.  Subsequently, the consent given by the Gujarat State Primary Teachers Association  Nulaksine is declared as follows.
Adult Considerations are subject to the following terms for higher payroll of the Assistant appointed under the provisions and conditions of the Resolution No. 3 to 4 against the terms and conditions of retirement for retirement benefits at the time of retirement.

The Government of India has implemented the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2 from the Government of India since 1-4 2010.  Graduation and PTC eligibility have been fixed for Standard 12 and PTC for primary education and for higher primary education higher primary teacher.

According to a single file GHSHPRO Notification dated 18 1, 2012 of the Department of Education, has passed the Bachelor's and BAD or PTC and five years of Vidyalaya Assistant and Teacher Experience and Head Teacher Aptitude Test hTAT examination for promotion to the primary teacher as primary teacher.  Provision is made.

As per the provisions of the Resolution dated 16 8 1994 of the Finance Department, it is necessary to fulfill the stipulated conditions for the place of recruitment in order to obtain the higher salary standard of any elementary teacher.  For this purpose only if the provision for the examination is made, then the examination is to be done and the benefit of higher salary standard  Due to this departure the higher salary of the primary teacher is not approved by the standard council.  Not only the promotion of the head teacher of all teachers is not attainable, so the rules of recruitment of the head teacher are not  Teachers who have special qualifications and have passed the H-TAT Exam so that the recruitment space for the teacher in this place is not approved by the inspectors on the higher pay standard for teachers who have passed the H-TAT which has led to the feeling of dissatisfaction among the teachers.  Following the proposal of the Director Education and Women regarding the approval of first higher pay standard for teachers.  After careful consideration of the following resolution has been made

Instructions (1) to (2) pursuant to the order taken by the said employees to combine the regular services they have previously served in the Central or State Government or any office owned by the Government employees / officials for the purpose of leave and pension with regular service of their present State Government.  According to these instructions, employees / officers have to get prior approval of the finance department to associate their previous regular service with pension and leave purpose.  But experience has shown that, in many cases, leave and penta nuns without prior approval of the finance department  For the purpose of service consecutive orders are made.

Ta.  On 9/1/9 or later, the new extended pension scheme is applicable to the employees engaged in government service.  Under these circumstances.  GPF deduction is not required till service consolidation is allowed even if the employee connected with Government service has a GPF account in the previous service after 9/11.  However, in some cases GPF deductions are allowed even though the service is not allowed continuously, which is not in accordance with the rules.  Therefore, it was under the government's consideration to publish the necessary instructions in this regard.  The following instructions are circulated after careful consideration.

Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has decided to make tougher the SSC multiple choice question (MCQ) paper. Say it interesting or untoward, but the board thinks its teachers are not up to the mark to do the job of setting tougher questions, and henceforth, has decided to outsource the work from some independent agencies.
The board’s officer on special duty (OSD), M M Pathan, revealed that an agency would be hired to devise a bank of tough MCQs that would aim at testing the students’ understanding about the subject. He further disclosed that last year around 5% questions in the MCQ paper of 50 marks were intentionally asked of a higher standard in order to scale up the knowledge level of board students. Following that, this year the number of tough questions would be bigger.
Viewing the competition scenario, the state board students should be in line with the students of central and international boards, and in order to make that happen, their level has to be raised, letting them perform equally well in the national level competitive exams, said.
Initially, the board had assigned the GSHSEB teachers for the task of formulating a bank of questions that would pose teasers to the students and cream out the brightest from the average students. But sadly, out of the 1, 500 questions submitted by the teachers of each subject, only 30 (apprx) were qualified to come into the category of 'tough'. Most of the questions were found to be picked from the
guides available in the market.
