Activation

Before you start, make sure you have the received the registration code from your company administrator or ADP. If you do not have the registration code, contact your company director.

Employee Registration

Choose Register Here to start the registration activity. Follow the steps to enter your registration code, verify your identity, get your User ID and password, choose your security questions, enter your contact details, and enter your activation code. You will then have the ability to review your detail and complete the registration process. For more details, please mention to the Employee Self Service Quick Reference Card.

Administrator Registration

Administrators (practitioners) can be now securely access ADP services from the any computer (private or shared) and on any supported browser. For information about administrator access and security management, refer to the New Administrator Access Quick Reference Card.

Problems Logging In

1. If you are the having trouble logging in, try the following:
2. Check the spelling and spacing of your password. (Passwords are the case sensitive.);
3. Close all active Internet browsers and try the logging on again;
4. Clear your browser history/cache and try again. Through your next log on attempt, you will be required to identify yourself, i.e., you will be required to receive an activation code, enter the activation code, and answer your security questions.

Forgot Password

Choose "Forgot Your User ID/Password?" on the login screen and follow the direction to answer a series of the security questions to change your password. Then, use your user ID and new password to log in to the appeal.

Forgot User ID

Choose "Forgot Your User ID/Password?" on the login screen and follow the order to answer a series of security questions. Then, your user ID will be displayed and you can be log in to the application.
