And "Mukhyamantri bal seva yojana" has been implemented to provide assistance to such children for maintenance, education, health, training, educational loans, self-employment and various departments.



Eligibility of Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana

Children between the ages of 0 and 21 who have lost both their parents during the Corona Virus period will benefit from the "Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana". The benefit of this scheme will be available regardless of the income limit.

The scheme will also benefit the child whose parents died earlier and the adoptive parents of such children also died during the Corona epidemic and such re-orphaned child. The income limit of such children should not be taken into consideration.


If one (1) parent (mother or father) of the child dies in the previous time or before the time of Corona and the other parent (mother or father) dies in Coroid (Covid) time, the destitute child is also entitled to the benefit of “Mukhyamantri Bal Sewa Yojana”. Eligibility of Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana (Conditions)

The benefits of this scheme will be available from Mar-2020 until the end of the Corona epidemic.

        When a child is 10 years of age or younger, he / she will have to open a separate bank account in the child's name, in which assistance will be paid through DBT.

Ration card or ration stamp is a card issued by a government. It makes it easier for the cardholder to receive food or other items that may be available in small quantities during war or any other emergency when rationing has been applied.  

It has been implemented on both sides even after the end of the war, when Mashrabian's efforts have gradually returned to normal.  The ration stamp is also brought to the dealer to keep the necessary food grains at any time.

Ration card holders under the National Food Security Act are periodically provided with food items, including foodgrains, by the state government. There are a total of 71 lakh ration card holders in the state. However, for the last 6 months or more than 12 months, the ration card holders who have not received the amount of rations due to them, their cards have been converted to silent ration cards in the online PDS system. This means that these cards have been blocked.

How are ration cards placed in 'Silent' category?

Silent ration card holders will not be able to distribute adequate rations online or offline at present. Ration card holders blocked from the system will have to contact the concerned office / zonal office to get the grain. E-KYC will have to be made mandatory for the Aadhaar seeding process of all the members of this type of 'Silent Ration Card'. Ration card can be activated only after verification.


What is the process for reactivating a silent card?

Even after applying, after applying from Mamlatdar office / zonal office, verification of card holder, names of all members included in ration card, survival, Aadhar card number, bank account number, mobile number and other necessary evidence should be recommended online by the concerned Mamlatdar to the District Supply Officer. With the approval of the District Supply Officer, the amount due during the month will be distributed to the ration card holder.

More than 8000 cards in Silent category in Gandhinagar

It is to be noted that under National Food Security Act-2013, 8027 ration cards of Gandhinagar district have been placed in Silent category by Tantra. This means that such ration card holders are currently blocked by adequate mechanisms. Ration card holders who have not received rations in any form for the last six months or a year have been placed in this category. Those who have to contact the Mamlatdar or Zonal Office by August 31 to reactivate the ration card.

How many ration card holders in which taluka?

In Kalol Tulak, 1669 ration card holders who did not take ration for six months and 339 ration card holders who did not take ration for twelve months have been blocked. Similarly in Gandhinagar 1416 and 333, in Dahegam 1540 and 498, in Gandhinagar zonal 356 and 45 together a total of 8027 ration card holders have been placed in silent category, in which 6432 ration card holders have not taken ration for 6 months and 1595 card holders for one year.

In order to start direct education work in Std. 09 to Std. 11 in secondary and higher secondary schools of all the boards of the state.  Resolution of the same number of the education department dated 19/06/2021.  .  Circular of the Core Committee held on 9/09/2011 in the place of the Hon'ble Chief Minister in the place of the Chairperson  Instructions have been circulated to continue the actual teaching work.  Then on 9/06/2021 Hon.  In the meeting of the core committee held under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister, a decision has been taken to start direct education work in all secondary and higher secondary schools of the state from Std-09 to Std-11 from 9/06/2021.  Pursuant to which the following instructions are circulated;  (4) Attendance in offline / direct education work shall be compulsory for the students and for those students who do not voluntarily engage in offline / direct education work, the system of on-line education should be continued as before.  For the actual teaching work, a written consent form has to be obtained from the parents of the students in the attached form.  (5) Students should be called for classroom education as per alternate day within the limit of 90% capacity in the classrooms and adequate distance between the two students in the classrooms should be strictly observed.  In addition, proper sanitation of the classroom should be done regularly from time to time and adequate hand washing / sanitization points should be maintained in the premises of the institution.  All academic and non-academic staff and students of the school must wear face masks properly and strictly adhere to Covid Appropriate Behavior.

How to get the benefit

According to PM Kisan, poor farmers are getting Rs. 2000 every year in 3 installments. With this, if the pension scheme PM participates in Kisan Mandhan, registration is done easily and in the other option, the amount deducted per month in the pension scheme is also deducted from 3 government installments. They have to deposit Rs 55-200 as premium. Thus, a maximum premium of Rs 2400 and a minimum premium of Rs 660 per annum has to be paid. Even if a maximum of Rs 2400 is deducted from Rs 6000, Rs 3600 will be saved in the account of the honor fund. So after the age of 60, you will get a pension benefit of Rs. 3000 per month.
