The Department of Education has taken an important decision with the aim of giving students the opportunity to study at home when schools across the state are closed due to the Corona virus.  Under this decision, every Saturday, for the children of Std. 6 to 8, the necessary literature under the weekly learning material will be provided to the students through social media.  Education Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama said in a message that while the study material is being delivered to students through WhatsApp by the state's CRC, BRC, it is imperative that students use it with parental guidance.Motivating teachers to be corona warriors like policemen and doctors and reminding them of their “ethical responsibility”, over two lakh government teachers have been asked to undertake a mandatory “home learning online course” to make the most of state government’s “home learning” initiative for government school students. One of the modules has parents as educators, with their digital literacy levels, education and access to digital devices as parameters.Launched six months after the home learning started during the Covid-19 lockdown, the hour-long certificate course for teachers has assignments where a teacher is required to score eight out of 10 marks. Those failing to get the score will have to go through the programme again.

Purity Test: 5 Simple Tests to Determine Honey at Home

Purity Test: 5 Simple Tests to Determine Honey at Home
The Center for Science and Environment (CSE) in Delhi on Wednesday issued a report alleging adulteration of a small brand of honey sold in India.  According to the report, 13 leading honey brands, including Patanjali, Dabur, Zandu and Baidyanath, have been found to be adulterated with 50 per cent or more sugar syrup imported from China.
Absolutely pure honey is free from fat and cholesterol as well as nutrients like minerals, rich in living enzymes.  It is also rich in antioxidants and antibacterial elements.  Pure honey also boosts the immune system.  Against this, adulterated honey has a long-term negative effect on our health.  Can cause serious conditions ranging from obesity to diabetes.

But when there are serious allegations of adulteration against leading brand honey, the question is how to determine the purity of honey?  The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has recommended some household tests for this.

 Water test
Take a glass of water and pour a little honey in it to see if the sugar syrup is mixed in the honey.  Remember, do not stir honey in water.  Because honey is heavier than water, it settles to the bottom of a glass of water and takes a long time to dissolve on its own.  Pure honey does not mix with water and freezes at the bottom of the water.  But if there is a mixture of syrup in the honey, it starts dissolving automatically without stirring in water.

 Vinegar
Vinegar can help distinguish between counterfeit honey and pure honey.  Add a few drops of honey to the vinegar and water mixture.  If this solution of water, vinegar and honey starts to foam, then your honey is most likely to be mixed.

Pour a little honey into a jar of plain water.  Close the lid of the jar, shake it vigorously and let it freeze.  The liquid will foam on the surface of the jar.  The foam on the water lasts longer in a jar containing pure honey.

 Heat test
The purity of honey can also be detected at home by heat test.  If we try to burn the cotton wool by dipping it in honey, the pure honey will burn quickly, while the mixed honey will be reluctant to burn.  This is because the substances used to make the mixture increase the moisture content in the honey, which prevents it from burning easily.  Do this experiment carefully.
Blotting paper or paper napkin test
Take a teaspoon of honey and pour it on blotting paper or good quality paper napkins.  If the honey is pure it will not suck in the paper.  But if it is diluted with a variety of sugar syrups, it will start sucking on the paper and leave a wet stain on the paper.

SARKARI KARMCHARI NA PAGAR MA GHTADO THAI SAKE

SARKARI KARMCHARI NA PAGAR MA GHTADO THAI SAKE
Salary cut is going to be made from next year.  However the company will have to pay you more.  People will be shocked to hear this.  However, in the long run, employees will benefit greatly.  From next year, the salary structure will be radically changed.
Emphasis will be placed on social security in the country as in developing countries.  The effect will be that the Salary in your Bank Accounts will be lower.  But the company will have to pay more in your PF and Gratuity.

From next year, companies will restructure the Pay Package under the Central Government's New Wage Code.  The New Compensation Rule is expected to take effect in April 2021.  This is part of the Wedge Code 2019.  Under the new rule, the allowance component does not exceed 50 per cent of the total salary or allowance component.  Simply put, the basic salary of employees should be at least 50 percent.  Under the new rule, the provident fund will also come into effect on the graduate component from April 1, 2021.

The bill was passed in Parliament just last year.  The impact of the Corona virus epidemic on companies can be seen in this situation.  The Central Government will notify this after receiving public feedback.  Under the new rule, employees' gratuity and provident fund contributions will increase.  But the celery that comes in handy can be a little low.

The implementation of this rule will change the payment structure offered to employees by most companies.  These companies usually have a small share of non-allowance.  In some cases, this is much less than 50 percent.  But now the company's contribution to the employees' provident fund will increase.

The increase in contributions to the provident fund will reduce the take home salary.  The good news, though, is that even if the take-home salary goes down, the funds you get after retirement will go up.

At present most of the companies have higher allowance as compared to basic salary.  This is the reason why private sector employees will be most affected after the implementation of the new rule by the central government.
