      School colleges are closed in this epidemic of corona virus.  Even if the school is closed in this epidemic situation, the education of the children will not be carried out.  Gujarat Government has released a program called study from home so that children can study from home so that their education does not stop.  Through this program children can take different subject knowledge from home.  Children studying in primary school and secondary school cannot go to school at present.  In order to provide timely education to these children, knowledge of various subjects is imparted through DD Girnar Doordarshan from Monday to Friday.  On Saturdays children are given knowledge of topics like joyful Saturday as their inner strengths are opened through varius activities.                                    

 Apart from the DD Girnar channel, children can also acquire knowledge through the Baysag program so that the students studying in the school can acquire knowledge of the subjects included in their studies.  If the student does not have a television or a smartphone available, such students can also acquire knowledge of various subjects through Biseg.  Students who do not have access to television, if they have a smartphone, they can take knowledge of various subjects through this smartphone, youtube channel at their convenience.  With the help of our blog, you can acquire knowledge of various subjects for your children at your convenience, student friends and parents.

Matter of online training of upper primary school teachers of standard 6 to 8.

According to the above topic, the online training of Gujarati Mathematics, Social Science and Science teachers working in Std. 6th to 8th upper primary section will be organized through Gujarat Channel 1 at the following times.

Teachers of Government Primary Schools, Granted Primary Schools, KGB Ashram Schools and Self Finance Primary Schools under the District Panchayat Education Committee of the State will have to participate in this training.

The material for the training of the subject is sent along with it. The concerned subject teachers are asked to send it in e-copy through the CRC BRC Coordinator.

The State Government pays special appreciate to the teachers who have made special contribution in the field of education in the primary, secondary and higher secondary schools on the day of Teacher's Day on 5th September every year. 

 This year, as every year, a teacher honors program is being held on the fifth day of September.  In which selected teachers from all over the state will be honored.  Teachers are honored on 5th September every year for the special work done by the teachers, the excellent qualities developed in the children, the parents as well as the teacher's dealings with the villagers and the special qualities developed by the students and the special art of living.  The list of teachers to be honored by the State Government is included in the PDF below. The list of Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Gandhinagar states that the new admission card entrance hall ticket of Gujarat Common Entrance Test GUJCET-2020 to be taken on Monday 24/8/2020 has been put online.

All the candidates of Lili GUJCET-2020 The principals of all the higher secondary schools of science stream are requested to take note.  Gujkat 2020 exam scheduled on 31/3/2020 was canceled, due to covid-19 situation the board has re-arranged the exam seat, download date 31/3/2020 admission card will not be valid and cannot be used for admission which is special  Take note  Candidates appearing for the GUJCET-2020 examination can download their Admission Card from the Board's website gujcet.gsebht.in or gseb ht.in or gseb.org on Thursday 13/8/2020 from 18:00 pm.  Admission card can be downloaded by entering email id and date of birth or application number. Candidate can also search for admission card from his own name and fill in the details of date of birth.

Apart from this, all the higher secondary schools of science stream registered with Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board will be able to login using their index number and registered mobile number and download the admission card of the candidates for GUJCET-2020 and distribute it to all the students.  Admission card for GUJCET-2020 will be available only through online medium which will be valid for admission in the examination.

Date:-16 and17 August Meteorological Department forecasts heavy rains in North Gujarat and Saurashtra-Kutch areas.

Fishermen banned from plowing till August 15.  A total of 69 will be on high alert, 11 on reservoir alert and 8 on reservoir warning in the state.  Wagner of Weather Watch Group was held at Gandhinagar today in the place of Chairman of Relief Commissioner and Additional Secretary Shri Harshad R Patel.  The meteorological department has said that the rains which started this week are likely to fall next week as well. Heavy rains are also forecast in Saurashtra-Kutch areas including North Gujarat on August 16 and 17.

The meeting of Weather Watch was started by Mrs.T.J.Vyas, Deputy Collector, Emergency Operations Center, welcoming all the online officers.  Relief Commissioner Harshad Patel told the officials present at the virtual meeting that from 9 am to 3 pm today, 94 talukas received rainfall ranging from one millimeter to 89 millimeters.  The highest rainfall of 89 mm has been recorded in Kalyanpur taluka.  The state has received 481 mm of rainfall so far as on 11/8/2020, which is 4.5% of the state's average of 831 mm in the last 30 years.

According to the IMD official, low pressure is prevailing in the northern part of the Bay of Bengal in two days.  The rains which started this week are likely to be extended to next week as well.  According to the Department of Agriculture, an estimated 78.02 lakh hectares of kharif crops have been planted till date this year.  Mr Patel said NDRF teams have been suspended following the forecast of heavy rains from August 15 to August 17 next week.  These teams will also be sent to North Gujarat if necessary. The NDRF team will be kept intact in Saurashtra and South Gujarat.
