they try to participate in the use of this right. According to the findings in this subject, people of those democratic countries participate in the maximum number of voting where "mandatory voting" system has been adopted. The principle of compulsory voting was first used in Canton, a Canton of Switzerland, with expansion, for which in 1835, Canton arranged for a penal offense by the legislators for non-participants in the district council elections. This arrangement has helped Swiss citizens to experience the responsibility of the franchise. Also, due to this arrangement, the workload of political organizations has also been lighter for voters to get them out of the house to be included in the poll. Similarly in Bavaria in 1881, Bulgaria adopted 1882 AD and Belgium adopted the 1893 EC mandatory voting system. According to the arrangement of Bavaria, if more than one-third of the total number of voters does not participate in the voting, then the absentees will have to bear the entire expenditure for re-election. Belgian has imposed three penalties for absent voters, under-finance penalties, public repudiations and franchise abductions.

voting is usually kept from 7 am to 5 pm.

B. ED. NA TALIMARTHIO NE DHORAN 2 NA MULYANKAN MATE JODVA BABAT NO PATAN JILLA NO LATEST GR

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has decided to make tougher the SSC multiple choice question (MCQ) paper. Say it interesting or untoward, but the board thinks its teachers are not up to the mark to do the job of setting tougher questions, and henceforth, has decided to outsource the work from some independent agencies.
The board’s officer on special duty (OSD), M M Pathan, revealed that an agency would be hired to devise a bank of tough MCQs that would aim at testing the students’ understanding about the subject. He further disclosed that last year around 5% questions in the MCQ paper of 50 marks were intentionally asked of a higher standard in order to scale up the knowledge level of board students. Following that, this year the number of tough questions would be bigger.

Viewing the competition scenario, the state board students should be in line with the students of central and international boards, and in order to make that happen, their level has to be raised, letting them perform equally well in the national level competitive exams, said.
Initially, the board had assigned the GSHSEB teachers for the task of formulating a bank of questions that would pose teasers to the students and cream out the brightest from the average students. But sadly, out of the 1, 500 questions submitted by the teachers of each subject, only 30 (apprx) were qualified to come into the category of 'tough'. Most of the questions were found to be picked from the
guides available in the market..

fidelity of electoral roll.+
The ECI introduced this new system of appointing BLOs creating a clear line of accountability for preparation of an error-free electoral roll, making the BLOs its custodian at the polling booth level. Previously, voter-identification slips used to be distributed by the contesting candidates of various political parties and that gave scope for complaints. The preparation of accurate electoral rolls and direct distribution of voter identification slip by the BLOs also boosted voter confidence in the credibility of the election process.
BLO assists eligible citizens to become voters and obtain voter card. BLO provides those different forms for addition, deletion and correction of Electoral Roll entries, carries out physical verification, and gives his/her report to Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) .The BLO interacts with local people/ political parties’ representatives and identifies dead/shifted/duplicate voters to be removed from the electoral roll after due process of law. Must visit this blog everyday for latest offers of various brand and other technology Updates.
