 Vitamins and minerals are needed to keep the body healthy and strong.  All these nutrients strengthen our immune system.  Vitamins and minerals are also needed to strengthen bones and muscles, build new cells, and take care of skin and hair.  It also increases the risk of many serious diseases if the body is deficient in any nutrients.

 

 Vitamin  - Vitamin A is very important for the eyes.  Vitamin A helps protect the eyes from infection and inflammation.  For vitamin A, you should include green vegetables, spinach, carrots, papaya, mango, milk, capsicum, sweet potatoes, yogurt and cheese.

 An element called beta-carotene in carrots is very important.  Which is very important for the health of your eyes and skin.  This beta-carotene is the source of Vitamin-A.  Hence it is also known as Vitamin A.  Vitamin ‘A’ is essential in the body for good eye health, immune system.

 A vegetarian should include dairy foods such as milk and cheese in his diet and foods that contain vitamin B12.  Non-vegetarians can include eggs, chicken, lamb and sea food in their diet. People who are vegetarians should consume grains, soybean meal and yeast.

Vitamin C is essential for melting body fat.

 

 Also useful for reducing body fat.  With the right amount of vitamin C added to the body, it helps in dissolving body fat and eliminating other common ailments.  Milk is a balanced and complete food but it does not contain vitamin C. Milk is most needed for the strength and health of teeth and gums. Vitamin c improves the metabolic process by eliminating digestive disorders.  And lemons have a higher proportion.  Kiwi and gooseberry are also excellent fruits for vitamin C.  Cabbage, cauliflower and capsicum in vegetables are also rich in vitamin C.

 Vitamin B5 prevents skin water loss and improves skin barrier functions.  This prevents the skin from becoming dry and keeps it soft.  This vitamin can be obtained by consuming grains, avocado and chicken etc.

 Bread, biscuits, white rice and wheat flour, millet and oats are high in carbohydrates and fiber.  All of these things are also found in very high amounts of nutrients and vitamin-C and fiber. We take both of these types of fiber through food.  If you want to make your diet healthier, include fiber in it.  Most fiber foods are rich in essential nutrients.  Which are necessary for our health in many ways.

Others, such as calcium, magnesium and potassium, require large amounts. Like vitamins, if you eat a varied and nutritional diet, you will probably get enough of minerals. So having a good and a nutritional diet would be the most priority.

It is usually better to get the nutrients you need from food than pills. This is because there are other things in the nutritious diet that are good for you, the fiber from the diet keeps the body healthy and strong.

If you need to supplement your diet, find a supplement that contains the vitamins or minerals you need without the other unnecessary ingredients. Read the label to make sure the dose is not too large. Avoid supplements with mega-doses. An overdose of some vitamins and minerals can be harmful, and you're probably paying for supplements you don't need. Your doctor or pharmacist may recommend brands that suit your needs.
