Good news for the scheme / farmers of the state, now the farmers of Gujarat will get the benefit of this scheme of the government

Through the 'Know Your Farmer' scheme developed by the government, farmers will be able to buy expensive phones at an interest rate, for which the cooperative bank will provide loans to farmers.

 Big news has come for the farmers living in Gujarat.  The government has prepared a special scheme for farmers in which farmers will be given loans from the government.  Through the 'Know Your Farmer' scheme developed by the government, farmers will also be able to buy expensive phones without interest.

Introduction:

 (1) Scheme Assistance Matter:

 Under the scheme of providing assistance on smartphones purchased by the farmer, the farmer will be entitled to assistance up to Rs.15000 / - from the purchase of a smartphone, in which the farmer will be entitled to 10% subsidy of the purchase price of the smartphone or Rs.1200 / - whichever is less.  .  E.g.  A farmer earns Rs.  If you buy a smartphone worth Rs.  500 / - or Rs. 1500 / - whichever is less i.e. Rs.  500 / - is eligible for assistance and if any farmer pays Rs.  If he buys a smartphone worth Rs. 15000 / -, he will get Rs.  1500 / - or Rs.  1500 / - whichever is less i.e. Rs.  1500 / - is eligible for assistance.

This assistance will be for the purchase of smartphones only, other accessories for the smartphone such as battery back up device, ear phone, charger etc. may not be included.

 (2) Eligibility of Beneficiary:

 The benefit of this scheme will be available to all farmers holding land in the state.  Under this scheme, even if the account holder farmer has more than one account, the assistance will be available only once.  In case of joint account, farmers will be entitled to benefit from only one of the account holders mentioned in 4-A of their land.

 (2) Beneficiary's method of application:

 Under the scheme, farmers will have to apply online for assistance under smartphone purchase on i-khedut portal.  The applicant farmer will then have to print out the application and keep it with him.

 (2) Procedure for verification of applications and determination of eligibility:

 Extension Officer (Agriculture) / Taluka regarding application received from applicant on i-khedut portal

 Regular check by the enforcement officer to determine the eligibility of the application -

 Eligibility / Disqualification of applications under the scheme from their login account in Khedut Portal

 Status must be updated regularly.  In case of any change in eligibility status

  Procedure for approval of applications and payment of assistance:

 Applications under this scheme will have to be received on i-farmer portal as per the timetable fixed by the Director of Agriculture for the current year.  After allotment of one lakh beneficiaries on district wise pro-rata basis by the Director of Agriculture as per the set target, the same number of applications as the target allotted to each district should be received on earlier basis and pre-approval work on regular basis as soon as possible within the target limit as per its rules.  Will be.  If the total number of eligible applications received within the stipulated time limit is less than the target allotted in that district then the Director of Agriculture will have to take action to extend the term of i-farmer portal as required.

 The Taluka Implementing Officer will have to approve the eligible applications received within the target limit and issue a prior approval letter to the concerned applicant.

  In the login account of the sanctioning officer / employee in the Khedut portal, the application has to be registered online and the applicant for the component approved under the scheme has to be sent to the concerned applicant in writing / in addition to SMS / e-mail where possible.  Will have to report.

 Selected beneficiaries to purchase a smartphone within 15 days from the date of pre-approval order

 With the printout of the application signed by the applicant farmer after purchasing the smartphone within the stipulated time

 (i). Original bill with GT number of Angle having purchased Artphone

 1 IMEI number of mobile,

 (I) Copy of 2-A

 (Iv) Cancel stop

 (v) Copy of Aadhar Card

 (2) The status of the application has to be updated on the I-Khedut portal after making the necessary verification in the middle of the relevant instrumental proof application.  Must be sent to the agency.

 (K) Payment receipts from the concerned districts are to be paid through a NEFT of EN (Electronic Clearince Service) / RTGS (Fea | Time Gta Settlement) in the bank account of the beneficiary farmer under the claim of Nonx Agency GRB Nigam, Gandhinagar.  .

 (2) Common terms and dialects:

 (1).  This scheme will be implemented in all the districts of the state.

 (2) According to the number of one lan kabhathi, the district wise director of agriculture will have to allocate targets on pro-ta ladies.  This scheme will be controlled by the Director of Ego farming.

 (2) The District Agricultural Rights Enforcement Officer shall be the component of this scheme.

 (3) To avail the benefits of this scheme, one has to apply on i-farmer portal.  (V) The Taluka Implementing Officer shall produce a register containing the details of the village wise component name, name of the beneficiary, account number, price of the smartphone, amount of assistance, year of giving the benefit etc.  (2) The assistance amount for this project shall be credited directly to the beneficiary's account.  As well as application form, certificate etc. for making ama, payment of aid and operation will have to be prescribed by the Director of Agriculture.

 (2).  In case of any issue regarding the implementation of this scheme, the Director of Agriculture should be contacted.  (3) Grant of this scheme is given by the Director of Agriculture to the concerned Knoll Agency - Gujarat State Seed

 Corporation, Gandhinagar shall be allotted.

 (2) The nodal agency for payment of assistance will be Gujarat State Seed Corporation, Gandhinagar.
 The state government is coming up with a special scheme for farmers, in which farmers can now easily buy phones worth up to Rs 15,000, in which the government will provide loans to buy phones without interest. The loans will be provided by cooperative banks.  Will enjoy.

 Importantly, it is planned to give loans to 1 lakh farmers on loan, farmers can get information related to agriculture through phone as well as information about complaints and schemes related to agriculture through phone.

(10) Relevant Nonda Agency shall send the Certificate of Grant Utilization (UTC) in the prescribed form to the Director of Agriculture, Gandhinagar in time.  As well as details of expenses incurred, including subsidies

 (2) This assistance will be for the purchase of the smartphone only, other accessories for the smartphone such as battery back up device, ether phone, charger etc. may not be included.  (2) Smartphone purchase bill within the proposed time frame after the date of implementation of the scheme.
