Various departments work under the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, Gandhinagar. In which Digital Gujarat Scholarship 2021 has been issued by the Director Developing Caste Welfare Board, Tribal Development, Director Scheduled Caste Welfare and Director Social Security. In which online applications for various courses like Post Matric, Std-11 & 12, Diploma, ITI, Bachelor, Post Graduate, MPhil, PhD etc. are accepted by Digital Gujarat Portal.
Purpose of Scholarship Scheme
The Shishyavrutti Yojana of the State Government provides assistance to all classes of students in Gujarat with poor economic condition. In which the MYSY Chief Minister of the Government does not avail the benefit of Yuva Swavalamban Yojana or any other scheme, he will get the benefit of this scholarship. Through which students can get good and higher education.
Who benefits from Digital Gujarat Portal Scholarship?
Various courses have been decided in advance for filling up the Digital Gujarat Scholarship form. Those who are natives of Gujarat and who have not received Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana or other assistance will get the benefit of this scheme. In which students studying in government recognized higher secondary schools, institutes, colleges / ITIs or other institutions in the state or outside the state will get this scholarship. Financial assistance will be provided through Digital Gujarat Scholarship Portal to the students attached to the following courses.

Documents for Digital Gujarat Scholarship
Documents are sought for various scholarships run by the Gujarat State Department of Social Justice and Empowerment Gujarat-SJED. This document has to be uploaded on Digital Gujarat Portal during online application. The following is a list of the documents required for the scholarship.

Digital Gujarat Scholarship Registration
Citizen Login has to be created for scholarship on Digital Gujarat Portal. State students, citizens can create a new login manually. Online applications for all scholarships are accepted on Digital Gujarat Portal. Citizen Registration is required to use Digital Gujarat Portal. The details of How to Apply New Citizen Login are as follows.
First, search for Digital Gujarat in Google Search.
Then the official Digital Gujarat Portal Website of the government will have to be opened.
Then the student has to click on Register.
Click on Register and enter your information like Mobile Number, Email Id, Password and Capcha Image.
After entering all the details, a confirmation code will come for the verification of the mobile number which will have to be put on the website.
After the mobile number is verified, the student will have to update his personal information like caste First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, full address, passport size photo by uploading.
After updating the above information, the student has to fill in the information given in the Citizen Profile, Election Card, Ration Card, Aadhaar Card, Personal Information, Mobile Number, Address etc. and click on “Update Profile”.
After updating the information on Digital Gujarat, you have to click on “Request a New Service” in your Login Page.
Students will now be able to apply online through their Digital Gujarat Login by clicking on “Scholarship Option”.
After the student clicks on “Scholarship Option”, the ‘Financial Year’ drop down menu will show Year: 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 or Year: 2021-22.
To apply online for the current year's scholarship, select the year 2021-22 and apply online.
Nomadic students studying in a self-financed college will be able to apply online for nomadic students studying in a BCK 325 self-financed college.
Digital Gujarat Scholarship Renewal
Students who had applied online in the previous year 2020-21 on the Digital Gujarat portal and received scholarships as per the rules do not have to apply for the current year. The application of such students will come in automatic "Renewal" mode.
To apply for a scholarship online for renewal students, one has to click on the “Renewal” button.
In which Registration Detail, Bank Detail, Academic Detail, Disability Detail etc. should be checked and required documents should be uploaded. Then you have to send the online application.
Students will have to scan and upload the original document.
Students who received the scholarship last year and whose form is not seen in the automatic "Renewal" mode this year should undergo a new process.
Such students can apply for the applicable scholarship online by clicking on the “Request a New Service” button and going to the drop down menu and selecting the year 2021-22.
Digital Gujarat Scholarship List
Scholarships are given by the Government of Gujarat to the bright and poor children of SC, ST, OBC and Economically Weaker Class (EBC) of the state. Gujarat Scholarship is given for Std-11 & 12, ITI, PhD, MPhil, Diploma / Degree or other Engineering, etc. This Gujarat Scholarship also provides tablets or other equipment to women and students. Many scholarships have been issued by the Director Scheduled Caste Welfare Department for the scheduled students of the state.
