 Regarding the implementation of Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMKVY) and Kasturba Poshan Sahay Yojana (KPsY) in the state.  Government of Gujarat Department of Health and Family Welfare Resolution No .: FPW / 102050/114 B1 Secretariat, Gandhinagar Ta.  IT BUAH 2022 read: (1) Resolution of A.A. and P.K.V.  Resolution No .: FPW / 102010/15 / B1, Dt., 2-2-2017 0 (2) A, and Resolution No of F.K.V.  -2017 (3) Letter from the Ministry of Child Development F Government of India Women and No.  11/9/2017 / MBP (2) Resolution No. ICD / 112010 / GOI / 3 / B of Women and Child Development Department dated: 19/11/2017, (3) Letter No. ICDS / 112017 / of Women and Child Development Department  5 / B Date: 7/8/2050.  Introduction: In order to reduce the rate of maternal and child mortality due to malnutrition and anemia in the state as well as to ensure adequate nutrition to the pregnant mother and child, the Kasturba Nutrition Assistance Scheme (KPsY) has been implemented throughout the state with the resolutions (1) to (2)  Placed.  In addition, the ICDS under the Ministry of Women and Children, Government of India.  Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) has been implemented in the state through the Department of Women and Child Development.  As the purpose of both these schemes is the same, for the purpose of maintaining uniqueness in the implementation of the schemes.

 The resolution has been transferred to the Department of Health and Family Welfare.  In this connection, the matter of determining the financial assistance to be paid to the beneficiaries of both the schemes and setting up committees at the state, district and village level for its implementation was under consideration of the Government.  Resolution: Under the Kasturba Nutrition Assistance Scheme (KPSY) and Pradhan Mantri Matruvandana Yojana (PMMYY) to provide financial assistance to all pregnant mothers and children in the state to reduce maternal and child mortality due to malnutrition and anemia in the state.  It is thus decided to pay the wise benefit.  1, Financial assistance to be received: (1) In case of first delivery in case the beneficiary falls under BPL, cadre, the beneficiary will get Rs. 5,000 / - from Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMKVY) and Kasturba Poshan Sahay Yojana (KPSY).  Rs.1000 / - will be eligible for a total assistance of Rs.5000 / -.  (3) In case of first delivery of nonBPL, Rs. 5,000 / - will be recoverable under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMKVY) while no amount will be recoverable from Kasturba Nutrition Assistance Scheme (KPSY).  (2) B.P.L.  Beneficiary will be entitled to Rs.5000 / - in second delivery and Rs.3000 / - in third delivery under Kasturba Nutrition Assistance Scheme (KPSY).  (2) All other conditions of these two schemes shall remain unchanged.  (3) Formation of various committees at district, taluka and village level: For monitoring and review for implementation of Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMKVY) and Kasturba Poshan Sahay Yojana (KPSY), formation of various committees at state, district, taluka and village level as follows  Are resolved.

(1) State Level Steering and Monitoring Committee: (1) Front Secretary, Chairperson of Health and Family Welfare Department (2) Secretary, Member of Women and Child Welfare Development Department (3).  Secretary, Finance Department / Banking Member (2) Secretary, Panchayat and Rural Housing Department Member Secretary, Planning Member (3) Secretary, Information and Broadcasting Department Member (4) Secretary, Water Supply Department No. (4) Commissioner, Health, Medical  Services and medical education |  Member (e) Additional Director (P.K.) Number of Secretaries (10) Other (at the discretion of the Chairperson) The invited member shall meet every three months or at the discretion of the Chairperson.  (2) District level steering and monitoring committee: (1), Collector of the concerned district, Chairman (2) Member, District Development Officer of the concerned district, Chief District Health Officer (3) Member Secretary (3) Relevant officer of Lead Bank and GPO (Member)  P) R.C.H.O.  (RCHo) Number of Members (3) District Program Officer (IcDs; All Taluka Health Officers of the District) Other (as per the Chairperson) Number (5) Invited Member Meeting of this Committee shall be held every two months, and this Committee shall be constituted by the District Collector.

(2) Taluka level steering and monitoring committee: (1) Province Officer Chairman |  (3) Taluka Development Officer No. (3) Taluka Health Officer Member Member Secretary (3) Medical Officer Shri All PH, cs Member (u) CDPO Shri Sachche (S) Other  The committee will meet every two months and the committee will be constituted by the provincial officer.  (2) Village Level Monitoring Abe Supervision Committee: A committee formed at the village level for the operation of village health, hygiene and nutrition is also to monitor this scheme at the village level during their meeting.  In addition, the manager of the local bank / in-charge of the post office should be included in this committee as a member for review.  There is no need to form a separate committee for this scheme.  The concerned medical officer shall ensure that the scheme is reviewed in this village level committee. (2) Functions of the Committees These committees will review and monitor the implementation of the scheme in the respective area of ​​work.  Advise on matters relating to the implementation of the scheme.  They will review the progress of the operation of the scheme and work out strong coordination and conversions between the concerned departments.  Considering the difficulties encountered during the implementation of the scheme will suggest necessary improvements for effective implementation.  The software related to the scheme will provide dashboard and reports at all levels.  The members of the committee will have to closely monitor the scheme and carry out a thorough analysis of the report.

3.  All other matters and conditions of the resolutions issued from time to time by the Department of Women and Child Development and the Department of Health and Family Welfare relating to both these schemes will remain the same.  2. All matters / provisions and conditions relating to the transfer of this scheme shall remain unchanged by the resolution (No.) taken in the aforesaid reading of the Department of Women and Child Development.  These orders are issued on the file of the same number of the department as per the approval received from the note of the finance department dated 9/11/2020 and the note of the Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister dated 09/12/2020.
