Basic Literacy and Numerology by the Ministry of Education, Government of India
(Foundational Literacy and Numeracy - FLN) Hiè National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy - NIPUN BHARAT Mission has been launched. According to the National Education Policy-2020, according to the vision of Nipun Bharat, a suitable environment is to be created for all the children up to Ghoran-2 to achieve basic literacy and arithmetic by the year 205-2. State Project Director for implementation of NIPUN BHARAT Mission for Basic Literacy and Arithmetic (FLN) under Single File No. (1) against the aforesaid reading of the entire Education Office, nominated the entire Education as Mission Director.

The matter was under active consideration of the Government.
Resolution: At the end of the adult deliberation, the National Project Director for the implementation of the foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) Hi National Initiative for Proficiency in Understanding and Numeracy-NIPUN BHARAT mission, the entire education is nominated as the Mission Director. And the following steering committees, state level committees, district level committees and block (taluka) level committees are hereby allowed to provide necessary guidance to the FLN Mission as per the NIPUN BHARAT guidelines.
The members of the Sadar Committee shall assist in the implementation of the important activities to be undertaken by the Department of School Education & Literature, Ministry of Education, Government of India as part of the Nipun Bharat Mission.
The various organizations attached to the mission will have to provide guidance to complete the work on time as per their role.
The entire administrative matters of the mission will have to be implemented by GCERT in education, SPO, Gandhinagar and educational matters.
The chairman of the district committee shall form the committee in his district and taluka as mentioned above.
To work towards achieving the educational goals (objectives) of the Mission as per the guidelines of the program for implementation of Nipun Bharat Mission by the Ministry of Education, Government of India
