Mukhya Mantri Amrutam "Maa" yojana and "Ma vatsalya" yojana All Details.
Purpose of the scheme:
Families and middle-class families living below the poverty line can get good quality treatment from their chosen private and government affiliated hospitals for free.
Eligibility Standards:
The beneficiary family is required to be included in the BPL list of rural housing construction and rural development department as well as urban housing designation and urban development department. Example of family annual income of Rs 1.5 lakh or less.
Benefits / assistance of the scheme.
Under the scheme, cashless treatment is provided up to Rs. 1 lakh per family annually for a total of 3 procedures for serious illnesses like heart, kidney disease, infectious diseases, serious injuries, bunions and brain diseases. The beneficiary with the mother card can avail a total of 3 of them connected to the scheme, including two private 4 govt. And 3 stand-alone dialysis centers. (Quick Response) Mother / mother annuity card is provided.
The process
Mother / Ma Vatsalya Yojana card can be obtained from 4 kiosks installed at the taluka level and 4 kiosks installed at the city level. The beneficiary family is given a thumbs up and a card is verified by the Taluka Verifying Authority.

A state nodal cell has been formed. Process, Hospital Empanelment, IEC As an Implementation Support Agency for activities. D. Designated India Healthcare Network Pvt.
Other terms
Under the scheme, the mother / mother annuity card is required to be withdrawn. Under the scheme, treatment of the prescribed procedure for serious illnesses is available from the respective hospitals.
