Extension of non criminal Certificate March 2021
The State Government has extended the period of Caste Certificate for SEBC-OBC classes to 1 year. The expiration date of such youth certificates was 31st March 2020. It will now be valid until 31 March 2021. Non-Criminal Certificate for OBC - The time limit for income proof is 5 years which has been extended by one year. There will be no need to go to the Mamlatdar's office or any competent authority or apply online for extension.
Chief Minister Vijaybhai Rupani has taken an important decision for millions of youth, students, children and parents of the state. Caste Certificate for SEBC-OBC classes has been extended for 1 year. The specimens of such youths whose certificates expire on March 31, 2018 will now be valid till March 31, 2018. Income Certificates issued by the State Government whose term expires on 31-8-2020 have also been extended for one year i.e. till 31-7-201.
Non-Criminal Certificate for OBC is valid for 4 years. Therefore, the Chief Minister has also decided that the time limit for such non-criminal certificates which expires on 31-7-2020 will be automatically extended till 31-8-201, i.e. for one year. He will not have to go to the Mamlatdar's office or any competent authority or apply online for this extension.

After the lockdown, now that the new academic year has started, millions of such youths do not have to go to the Mamlatdar's office or government office to get non-criminal certificate certificates and such certificates ending on March 31, 2018 are valid for one more year i.e. till 31-7-2018. Living will be a great relief. The caste certificate issued to the youth of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the State remains valid for life. Holders of such SC, ST caste certificates will also be valid for the certificates obtained from the competent authority.
