Matter of organizing "Twinning Program" for the year 2021-22

Considering the condition of Kovid-12, it has been suggested to do this program through e-winning. Where students and teachers of connected schools will have to learn from each other by connecting through virtual means.
This program will have to be implemented as per the guidelines in the respective schools by selecting 5 schools selected per cluster as per the guidelines attached herewith. Under “Twinning of Schools for Preater Exposure (Elementary)” a grant of Rs.per school has been allotted. As per the rules as stated in the letterWill be able to spend.

Methods for school selection
This program is selected in 3 government upper primary (Std. 6 to 8) schools per cluster

• Discussed in the presence of CRC COO of the cluster concerned in the school selection process which cluster. The committee will be responsible for finalizing the list of two schools in the block.

* The characteristics of the school activities should be kept in mind while selecting the school. Co-curricular activities run well and effectively with educational activities like Gyankunj, Bala, Greenschool, use of LBD / NCERT kit, Maths-Science board etc. in the school.

• The host school will have to make arrangements so that the students of the visiting school can see / understand the best activities going on in their school through virtual medium as well as confirm it through discussion / quiz.
The school will have to organize hygiene, water conservation, dit, competitions, cultural programs, oratory competitions, decoration competitions etc. for the students of both the schools to participate on the day of the program.
