In order to improve the primary education in the state, the unit was tested by taking four times a month from standard 1 to 9. The elementary teachers demanded to be taken only once a month as the unit was not going to be out of the test. Students from standard 3 to 8 were tested every Saturday by a 

subject unit that included the same course of study as Saturday, but the teachers were confused about how much of the unit to spend every Saturday during the week, including the station. The unit was raised in demanding teachers to be taken once a month for the tests. It is worth mentioning that after giving complete timetable of the unit test with full attention, the principal of the school was ordered to take the exam accordingly. Since that time, the entire education campaign in the work exam Trivedi has stated in the standard standards of primary school The entire education campaign was mentioned in the circular of the project director Indian Bharti as the school can compose the cost of the unit test.

VERY IMPORTANT-USEFUL  AND NECESSARY  INFORMATION ABOUT SCHOOL TOUR. USEFUL FOR ALL SCHOOL AND TEACHER 
Following are the instructions for educational tours of the schools which are said to be taken care of.

The District Education Officer shall be allowed to travel or propose here only after sufficient scrutiny in respect of the circular dated 5/2/2019 of Education Department.

For travel within the state, government / subsidized private schools have to be approved by the District Education Officer.
Secondary and higher secondary schools for Government-aided and private schools are allowed for travel outside the State at the level of the Director's School.
If such clearance is to be obtained from here, after conducting sufficient scrutiny of the circular and notice of the Education Department, 5/2/2019, only sufficient evidence-proof will be sent to the office here at least 15 days before the date of departure of the Principal with a clear letter of the Principal and self-evident opinion of the President.  Proposals have to be sent through the office itself.

The proposal for travel clearance by the school will not be accepted unless forwarded letter from your office.

If the proposal is to be received late in terms of the date of the tour, approval will not be allowed.
  Approval will be allowed only if the proposal for travel clearance is in accordance with the check list attached to it.

As per the letter dated 22/10/2019 regarding the educational journey of the schools, the above instructions and mandatory will also be implemented.
Primary schools of Gujarat state Higher primary schools and lower primary schools as well as private schools travel to different areas of the state.  During this tour, many schools are also traveling outside the state. Whenever a good state travels outside the state, they have been asked to seek approval from the office of the Director, Sir, following this letter it has been stated that whenever there is any school.  When traveling outside the state, first he will be the head office of his district ie District Primary Education Officer.  The office of the District Education Officer shall be forwarded to the office of the Director, Mr. Shri. In this letter, the letter states that the school which has to go out of state for travel must compulsorily hold the office of the Director, 15 days before the District Education Officer.  Approval of the proposal as received by the Director's Office  Will be obtained.  This tour will be organized by the school only after the approval of the Director

Booth Level Officer; A Representative of Election Commission at the Grass-Root Level

For enhanced participation of electors in the electoral process and reducing the electoral malpractices, it is essential to improve the quality of electoral registration process and of the electoral rolls. Booth Level Officer (BLO) is a local Government/Semi-Government official, familiar with the local electors and generally a voter in the same polling area who assists in updating the roll using his local knowledge. In fact, BLO is a representative of Election Commission of India (ECI) at the grass-root level who plays a pivotal role in the process of roll revision and collecting actual field information with regard to the roll corresponding to the polling area assigned to him.

Under Section 13B (2) of Representation of People Act, 1950, BLOs are appointed from amongst the officers of the Govt. /Semi Govt. /Local Bodies. Generally, one BLO is responsible for one part of the electoral roll. From August, 2006 the Commission has decided to introduce the concept of appointing BLOs who would be accountable for ensuring the fidelity of electoral roll.+

The ECI introduced this new system of appointing BLOs creating a clear line of accountability for preparation of an error-free electoral roll, making the BLOs its custodian at the polling booth level. Previously, voter-identification slips used to be distributed by the contesting candidates of various political parties and that gave scope for complaints. The preparation of accurate electoral rolls and direct distribution of voter identification slip by the BLOs also boosted voter confidence in the credibility of the election process.

BLO assists eligible citizens to become voters and obtain voter card. BLO provides those different forms for addition, deletion and correction of Electoral Roll entries, carries out physical verification, and gives his/her report to Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) .The BLO interacts with local people/ political parties’ representatives and identifies dead/shifted/duplicate voters to be removed from the electoral roll after due process of law. They will now have to fill up the form, providing relevant information like Permanent Account Number, name, address, email id, phone number, etc. One should ensure that they do not click on any of the boxes on the left hand 8phs should be submitted. One should also submit proof of the existing card which they wish to reprint.

A payment towards getting a replacement card should be made. This payment depends on the communication address to which they want the card delivered, with it being Rs 107 if the address is within India and Rs 989 if it is outside India. Payment can be made either through net banking, debit/credit card or demand drafts.

Once payment is made and all supporting documents are submitted, an acknowledgment will be provided. This is a unique 15 digit number which can be used for future correspondence with authorities.

Post verification of documents, the PAN card will be dispatched, with it likely to take around 2 weeks for the same.
