Benefits according to the percentage of disability

The percentage of persons with disabilities has been fixed by the Office of the Director Social Security for filling up the Viklang Bus Pass Online Form. The number of beneficiaries with disabilities will be as follows.

ક્રમ	દિવ્યાંગતા	મળવાપાત્ર યોજનાનો લાભ
1	અંધત્વ	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે. તથા 80 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દ્રષ્ટિવિષયક દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ તથા તેના સહાયકને વિના મૂલ્ય મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
2	આનુવંશિક કારણોથી થતો સ્નાયુક્ષય	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે.
3	સાંભળવાની ક્ષતિ	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે. તથા 80 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દ્રષ્ટિવિષયક દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ તથા તેના સહાયકને વિના મૂલ્ય મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
4	ક્રોનિક ન્યુરોલોજીકલ સ્થિતિ	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે. તથા 80 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દ્રષ્ટિવિષયક દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ તથા તેના સહાયકને વિના મૂલ્ય મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
5	સામાન્ય ઇજા જીવલેણ રકતસ્ત્રાવ	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે.
6	ઓછી દ્રષ્ટી	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે. તથા 80 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દ્રષ્ટિવિષયક દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ તથા તેના સહાયકને વિના મૂલ્ય મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
7	ધ્રુજારી સ્નાયુબધ્ધ કઠોરતા	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે. તથા 80 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દ્રષ્ટિવિષયક દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ તથા તેના સહાયકને વિના મૂલ્ય મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
8	બૌધ્ધિક અસમર્થતા	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ તથા સહાયકને વિના મૂલ્યે મફત મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર થશે.
9	હિમોગ્લોબિનની ઘટેલી માત્રા	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે. તથા 80 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દ્રષ્ટિવિષયક દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ તથા તેના સહાયકને વિના મૂલ્ય મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
10	રકતપિત-સાજા થયેલા	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે. તથા 80 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દ્રષ્ટિવિષયક દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ તથા તેના સહાયકને વિના મૂલ્ય મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
11	દીર્ધકાલીન અનેમિયા	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે.
12	એસીડના હુમલાનો ભોગ બનેલા	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે.
13	હલન ચલન સથેની અશકતતા	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે. તથા 80 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દ્રષ્ટિવિષયક દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ તથા તેના સહાયકને વિના મૂલ્ય મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
14	સેરેબલપાલ્સી	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિને પોતાને તેમજ તેના સહાયકને ૧૦૦ ટકા મફત મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
15	વામનતા	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે.
16	માનસિક બિમાર	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ મફત મુસાફરી અને તેના સહાયકને ટીકીટ ભાડામાં ૫૦ ટકા રાહત તથા 80 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ તથા તેના સહાયકને વિના મૂલ્ય મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
17	બહુવિધ સ્કલેરોસિસ-શરીરની પેશીઓ કઠણ થવાની વિક્રુતિ	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે. તથા 80 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દ્રષ્ટિવિષયક દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ તથા તેના સહાયકને વિના મૂલ્ય મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
18	ખાસ અભ્યાસ સંબંધિત દિવ્યાંગતા	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે.
19	વાણી અને ભાષાની અશકતતા	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતા હોય તેમને લાભ મળશે.
20	ચેતાતંત્ર-ન્યુરોનીવિકાસલક્ષી સ્થિતિમાં ક્ષતિ	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ મફત મુસાફરી અને તેના સહાયકને ટીકીટ ભાડામાં ૫૦ ટકા રાહત તથા 80 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિ તથા તેના સહાયકને વિના મૂલ્ય મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.
21	મલ્ટીપલ ડિસેબીલીટી	40 ટકા કે તેથી વધુ દિવ્યાંગતા ધરાવતી વ્યક્તિને પોતાને તેમજ તેના સહાયકને ૧૦૦ ટકા મફત મુસાફરીનો લાભ મળવાપાત્ર રહેશે.

An online form filling service is being set up for Gujarat Sarkari Yojana so that citizens do not have to go to government offices frequently. Which can be applied online from e-Samaj Kalyan Portal. Can be done online through the following steps.

First go to Google Search and type 'esamajkalyan'.

In which the official website of e-social welfare https://esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in/ will open.

If there is a new user on E Samaj Kalyan Portal “New User? Please Register Here ”.

After successful registration, the beneficiary will have to open his Personal Login Page by clicking on "e samaj kalyan Citizen Login".

Now go to Director Social Defense and click on “PHID and Travel Pass”.

The required information has to be filled in the Bus Pass Online Form.
