Army Requirement Rally will be held at NDH  High School devbhumi Dwarka for eligible candidates of districts, Jamnagar, Porbandar, Rajkot, Amreli, Bhavnagar, Junagarh, Surendranagar, Kutch, Gir Somnath, Morbi, Devbhumi Dwarka & Diu(UT). Admit card for the rainy will be sent through registered email from 22nd January 2021  to 27th January 2021. Candidates will reach the venue on given date and time is mentioned in admit card.

 Procedure For Online Regestration : 

All candidates to login to joinindianarmy.nic.in, check their eligibility status and create their profile.

Candidates who had registered earlier 

 for the rally at devbhumi Dwarka has to register again as the previous notification has been cancelled due to postponement of rally. Online registration will commence  from 10 December, 2020 and close on 18 January,2021.

Candidates will login after 24 January 2021 and take printout of the admit card which they will carry to rally site.

Candidates will be allowed to participate in the rally if they produce admit card,  valid medical certificate duly signed by Competent Medical authority as as the and affidavit for details duly attested by notary and as per format.

In view of the present Covid - 19 Situation, The candidates are advised to carry out COVID test and bring test report along with Admit Card. Candidate who had not Undergone the test will not be permitted.

 Medical Test : 

As per laid down Medical Standards at the Rally Site.

Unfit Candidates Will be referred to MH for specialist review.

Candidates to report to designated military hospital between 5 days from referral and review medical exam to be completed by military hospital within 14 days as per policy.

 Written Test through Common Entrance Examination(CEE) 

Will be conducted for medically fit candidates at nominatd venue.

 Date and time of written test will be intimated at really site and through admit cards.

Admit card for the CEE for the rally fit candidates will be issued at rally site itself.

Admit card for the CEE for the review fit cases will be issued after getting  medical defeat by counselling specialist at MH.

Candidates are required to bring following document certificate in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site.

(1) admit card printed on laser printer on good quality paper

(2)photograph : 20 copies of understated passport size colour photograph development on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old.

Computerised/photocopied/ popular photographs will not be accepted. Photographs must be with proper.

Haircut and clean shave.(except Sikh Candidates)

 Education Certificates

(1) education certificate with marksheet for all educational qualification achieved by candidates..ie. Matric/ intermediate etc. from recognised school/college/ Board /University.

(2) provisional online education certificate should be Sector 5 in signed by the head of the educational institution of concerned Board/ University.

(3) candidates with Matric certificate from open school fruit bring school leaving certificate countersigned by BEO/DEO.

(4) list of Educational Board recognised by State Government / UT Administrations at age is appendix ' A ' will only be accepted.

(4) domicile certificate with photograph issued by tehsildar / district magistrate.

(5) religion certificate to be issued by the tehsildar/  SDM( if Religion as SIKH/ HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN is not mentioned in caste certificate).

(6) School character certificate issued by the school /College Principal /headmaster when the candidates last studied.

(7) character certificate with photograph issued by village Sarpanch /municipal corporation within last 6 months.

(8) unmarried certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by village Sarpanch/  Muncipal Corporation within last 6 months.

(9) relationship certificate : SOS/ SOEX/ SOW/ SOWW candidate are required to produce the following documents.

(a) relationship certificate is fed from respect to record of only duly signed by record officer with personal number, rank, name and particular of the record officer is having the relationship certificate with office seal stamp is endorsed. Relationship certificates with their watermarks of the concerned records.

(b) a declaration to the effect as mentioned in affidavit on 10 rupees non judicial stamp paper prepared by the duly signed by 1st class /executive/ Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rally site. Format of affidavit is test as per appendix B.

(c) original discharge book of ex servicemen also to be produced. Name and date off but of the candidate must have been are recorded in it.

(I) NCC certificate. NCC certificate A/B/C and Republic Day parade certificate. Should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/B/C per certificate will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC group commanders. Indore bonus marks are to be allotted unless the certificate have been verified. Undertaking to the effect will be obtained from the candidate. Provisional certificate are accepted only during the notified really duration neighter earlier or late.

 Sports Certificate : 

(1) Sportsmen who have represented India at international level and state at National level within the last two years( four list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is admissible attention is invited to www joinindianarmy.nic.in website)

(2) Sportsmen who have represented district at state level and University team or regional team at district level with first and second position with in last two years( sports certificate should be with registration number and from government recognised sport institute/  bodies as under).

 Std.10 or 12 Pass 

Std. Even those 8 Passes will be able to fill the form as it is a trade.
